We offer free FedEx ground shipping on all orders(within the 48 contiguous states) placed on our website, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions.

Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order within 4-5 business days.

Please Note: Signature is required at time of delivery

Exception: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Not happy with it? Return it. It’s easy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it with your original packing slip, and we will exchange the item or refund your full purchase price.

Please Note:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging
• Items purchased from Ragdoll and Rockets are eligible for a full refund if returned within  30 days of receipt of your purchase
• Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit

We believe that in order to have the best possible online shopping experience, our customers should not have to pay for domestic return shipping. So if for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse by using our prepaid FedEx return shipping label.
